A pilot processing solution developed for bromelain extraction from pineapple raw materials, integrating multiple specialized equipment manufacturers into one coordinated processing line.

Project Overview

This project was developed to establish and validate a pilot-scale bromelain processing route using pineapple raw materials. Wuxi Biogreen Pharma Technology Co., Ltd. participated in process definition, equipment specification, supplier coordination, pilot-line integration, installation and commissioning support. The pilot project was also designed to provide technical and operational data for a future 30-ton production-scale processing line.
